Clayton Zaluski

Consulting Actuary
Clayton Zaluski has almost 15 years of experience in the actuarial consulting and insurance industry. He has served as an appointed actuary for both property & casualty insurance companies as well as for life insurance companies. He has also served as an external peer reviewer of other appointed actuaries and has experience as an actuarial specialist working alongside various audit firms. He also has extensive experience with insurance pricing, reinsurance, risk management, asset-liability modeling and capital modelling.
Stephen Swenarchuk

Stephen Swenarchuk has over 10 years of experience in the actuarial consulting and insurance industry. He has served as an appointed actuary for life insurance companies and self-insured benefit plans. He also has experience working as an external peer reviewer of other appointed actuaries. He has extensive experience with group benefits pricing, plan design, applying predictive analytics to group insurance, reinsurance analysis, asset-liability modelling and capital modelling.

Luke Worden has over 10 years of experience in the insurance and actuarial consulting industry. He has expertise in actuarial valuation, pricing and reporting both with industry software and the development of custom solutions.

Tony Shi has over 6 years of experience in the insurance and actuarial consulting industry. Prior to joining Worden Zaluski Consulting Actuaries in 2022, he worked as an Actuarial Analyst for Blue Cross Life and Manitoba Blue Cross. He held positions in individual and group pricing, underwriting and financial reporting.

Ryan Orne-Zaluski has over 7 years of experience working as a software programmer, data analyst and front-end web developer. His past projects include the development of actuarial and data analytics software, business intelligence (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) dashboards and the redesign of multiple insurance company websites.
Merv Worden
Senior Consultant
Merv Worden has over 40 years of experience in the life insurance and actuarial consulting industry. Prior to establishing Worden Zaluski Consulting Actuaries in 1992, he served as Vice‐President and Group Actuary of North American Life and Vice‐President of a Canadian firm of actuarial and benefits consultants.
